Synopsis: The Shack takes us on a father's uplifting spiritual journey. After suffering a family tragedy, Mack Phillips spirals into a deep depression causing him to question his innermost beliefs. Even though I read the book, I was not prepared for my emotional response to seeing the movie. It will speak to you no matter what your faith or religion or spiritual posturing. See it. Take tissue.
